WHAT WE BELIEVE!!! We Believe… that every human has a right to work in order to support themselves and their families. The right to Work is a Human Right! We Believe… Workers that sell their Labor to produce or provide a service must be paid fairly for their work. Equal pay is a Human Right! We Believe… that Workers have a right to be organized and represented by a Union of their choice. The right to organize is a Human Right! We Believe… in nationalized health care and nationalized education. Free access to Health Care and Education is a Human Right! We Believe… in collective bargaining. In unity there is strength! WHAT WE WANT!!! We want… no cuts to public education and Local 372 members. We want… a fair and equitable collective bargaining process. We want… a local of activists that fight to better our jobs, schools, and community. We want… respectful and cooperative relationship with city government. We want… the 1% to pay their fair share and the 99% to get their fair share.
